My take on Dracula is quite unique, I think.

Like I said, they don't own the rights to the IP. Itoi does. They only own Mother 1, 2, and 3 as games, nothing else about the Mother series.

So... yes, Copyright ironically stops nintendo from continuing the series without Itoi

Yeah. I wouldn't blame people, given that a lot of people rely on SNAP benefits.

Plus, this whole thing happened because republicans shut down the government over democrats not bending the knee yet more than they already have.

The only way that this "alternate universe" of yours could have happened is if Itoi, also, either handed ALL the rights to Nintendo, or Itoi wanted to make more Mother games after Mother 3

He didn't want to make any more Mother games after Mother 3. So the series has ended.

Itoi is also friendly with fangames, which is why you don't see any mother 4 projects get C&Ded.

Along with that, Hal Labs were the main devs of Mother 3.

Pokémon is not the reason why there's no Mother 3

Sorry to be "erm actually" on this, but this is extremely inaccurate of a comparison.

Nintendo only owns the rights to the games themselves that they published in the series (As in, literally Mother 1, 2, and 3)

Itoi is the one who owns the copyright for the franchise.
