We need to establish as an online society that messaging an unfamiliar person on any platform with "hey." or "can I ask you a question?" and then silence is not okay.

Ask the question. It's hella more efficient AND courteous if you ask the question, thank the person for their time and send.

Sorry I didn’t finish my posole posting last night, I ended up going to a goth dance night at a strip club and several of the dancers fed me Halloween candy during a group stage set.

Also if you use canned hominy you can roast that too, gives it a bit more snap and kind of a nutty flavor.

Hominy freezes really well, so don’t be afraid to buy the Big cans and split it into freezer bags!

Of course, feel free to hit me up for tips on this! But I will say, my top advice is to go ahead and break the egg yolks after cracking them onto the pizza. Otherwise the yokes bake up so heavy they compress the crust, better to have that texture spread out a bit.

I made too much pizza dough the other day so breakfast pizza was in order. 🍽️ 🍕 🍳

Deep dish crust with Violife non-dairy mozzarella shreds, a light pesto sauce, mushrooms, onions, bacon, and eggs.

Breakfast pizza before going in the oven, with unmelted shredded cheese and raw eggs under bar baked bacon bits.

Breakfast pizza after baking, with the eggs spread out over the crust and the bacon cooked just so, the edges of the crust visibly crunchy.

Yeah there's that. It was really nice to be subscribed to the big bags where you choose each item, but then they changed that and upped the price so I dropped it. The novelty might be fun for a few months haha we'll see.
