They have had more than 3 years to get better, & again it seems to me that even if there might be some improvement somewhere, the Ukrainians far outpace them.

The sum of all this is in my view that if Putin was well informed & mentally balanced, he would agree to a ceasefire. But he isn't.

Looking at the results it is obvious to me that the efficiency of the Russian army is far lower than that of the Ukrainian. Either they are poorly trained, have poor morale, poorly led, executing poor strategy, using poor equipment. I think it is poor to a smaller or greater degree at every level...

Not if it is a military aircraft, you doofus (Rutte). If they are genuinely lost, suffering some mechanical failure or lack of fuel, then they will accept assistance. If they refuse to land they must be brought down by force.

Some of these aircraft will be mistaken for drones, and shot at.

The AFU should send more of the ultralight single-engine aircraft in daytime. It will be difficult from the ground to tell apart which one is a drone and which one is not.

Yes, someone that has no conscience would definitely try to escape taking the blame. He will blame the EU, the UK, the US, the Ukrainians, the weather and at some point I am sure he will blame Biden, Obama, Merkel and GWB too. They are all at fault while he executed perfectly.

They didn't learn their lesson, making a return to the tumultuous 1990s inevitable. They will quickly learn to curse the name of Putin as much or more than they ever cursed Yeltsin and Gorbachev. In reality they should curse their own mirror image for letting yet another autocrat rule over them.

Unlikely. This isn't dual-use, the excuse they use now when they ship stuff to USSR 2.0.

NK has already sent a lot. Some of it crap, some not. What they have left is likely stuff Kim wants to keep, & the rest Moscow doesn't want to touch. It might explode on contact, or not at all.
