FWIW: I got through a suicide crisis with a 72 hour hold. I don’t recommend it, though. I manage chronic suicidality with online email therapy 5 days per week (by choice) and video sessions once every two weeks (more frequent options available) using TalkSpace. But it’s not recommended for crisis.-

Not only fuck it up but rewrite the history of it to fit a convenient narrative. For example, the common image we all recognize as Jesus. Jesus wasn’t white, for one, but the times called for a white Jesus narrative. The image is based off of Cesare Borgia.

I’ve taken 70! Way back when it was first on the market and didn’t have the same regulations. About once every other year or so I go up to 30. The stuff I’m coming off of was supposed to replace that. But the side effects are awful.

OMG. I meant 20mg! It’s the max. Though before the regulations changed on it I took quite a bit more and I have taken 30 due to treatment resistant depression. But 20 plus my other meds is just fine 😂
