Not bad for a couple hours' work! It's a little bit runny because the cilantro isn't there, but I made green salsa that my kid and the neighbors can enjoy eating.

You can see that I have labeled them by writing the word cilantro, then drying a circle around it and crossing it out, below I wrote salsa verde 10/25. They are sitting on a fluffy kitchen towel that is dark pink with white grid on it, and there is an orange and white printed cotton gingham dish towel off to the left. Five of them are fully sealed and labeled, five of them have not yet fully sealed and been labeled.

Fell asleep last night thinking I had finished my chocolate and I had not and I woke up this morning with a bunch on my chest but I had stuff to do so I just washed that off with a washcloth. I should have assumed it was not just on my chest

Lino cut print in black ink in the shape of a circle. There are three rabbits: the main rabbit almost bisects the circle standing on his haunches a bit with front legs curled up gingerly at its chest. Above the main rabbit is a white spirit extending up and over and filling out the top curve of the circle. There is a sun behind their head, the outline of which extends beyond the borders of the circle. Extending out from below the main rabbit (and filling out the bottom curve of the circle) is a black shadow rabbit. Behind its head is a moon which extends a bit beyond the circle’s borders. Their noses meet in the middle, surrounding a small orb of glowing white.

Tomorrow's task will be turning this and some store-bought onions and bell peppers into salsa, and pickling the green jalapeños. I like red jalapeños a lot so I'm pretty excited to use them!

A lot of unripe tomatillos and tomatoes piled in a wok. Interspersed, you can see some small green peppers, a couple small orange peppers, and two fully ripe red jalapenos. Several more green jalapenos are sprinkled throughout the pile as well.

Have you ever done salsa verde with ground cherries/ pineapple tomatillos? I really like doing salsa verde and putting in at least half a pound of ground cherries in place of half a pound of regular tomatillos. There are some in this batch, but not nearly as many as I would like.
