We can’t understand a different point of view if we have no way of learning about it.

That’s the reason LGBT+ & ‘DEI’ books & games are being banned.

Changing your mind is actually an identity shift & you can’t change your mind without experiencing a different perspective.

There are studies on ‘fantasy tourism’ (playing as an identity other than your own in games including gender & race) & how it can actually increase empathy and compassion for those identities.
People explore identity in fiction. It’s also how a lot of trans mascs discover themselves. So 🤷🌈❤️

I'm a french illustrator and cartoonist. I have a burning passion for creating fantasy and historical-themed characters.

I'm currently working on a big comic project which the first volume should be out next year !

A 'Design Document' or 'Reference Document' tutorial for folks commission character artwork.

Been working on this for my own commissions & thought it may be helpful for other artists/commissioners.

This is my fav kind of client document. Every artist is different. But here you go!
⭐

'Keep all your references in one document to make it easy to read.

Give each character a section with a clear title.
