It was a smart and accurate charge.

By way of comparison, they overcharged George Zimmerman, certainly on purpose, so he couldn't be found guilty. Even if we went only by his own statements, he committed manslaughter. Should have been an easy conviction with an honest legal system.

it's also used by the same fundies who switched from anti-gay to anti-trans rhetoric when they lost Obergefell in 2015, and by a smattering of MRAs and other white nationalists who are trying to distract from their own misogyny and abuse.
