A week from today, my father will have become an ancestor 7 years ago.

In therapy, my therapist asked what parts of your father are with you?

My ability to love. I was/am the best thing that happened to my father. His love for me was always present. Because of him, I am so full of love.

Depends if I’m up.

On the weekends I like to do one day but it’s mostly brunch by that time.

During the work week it would mostly be oatmeal, boiled eggs and turkey bacon, a smoothie or a breakfast sandwich I took on the go. Sometimes I’d pack the night before or have it cook while I get ready.
