This is disgusting. Reform have been spreading lies about money wasted on asylum seekers in Caerphilly and their targets are Ukrainian refugees settled in the area. Despite the anxieties of the hate victims, there’s been no action against Reform.

Also finding out I had POTS & then managing POTS with compression, salt, fluids and importantly medication (!) has improved my ability to think because its improved blood flow to my brain.

Up to 1 in 3 long covid patients have POTS. You can screen yourself at home with a NASA lean test.

I am taking fish oil, and 5-htp on recommendation of my long covid doctor.
I also do these two things in the morning which I have personally found to help my low level brain fog. But maybe I’m desperate and imagining it?!!

Well, the Guardian were right to warn about the cuts to welfare before they were announced. This gave disability groups & charities time to try to organise & defend the poor.

Here’s an opportunity for homeless charities, housing associations & local authorities to find out what’s going on here.

Between the 1991, 2001, 2011 and 2021 Census *every* ethnic group in the UK has become *less* geographically segregated and *all* groups, majority and minorities, are more likely to interact with people not like them
