That's a good start. I'd add:

Codifying abortion rights.
Making "norms" actual laws by
codifying the proscription against emoluments of ANY kind; codifying a ban against Congress stock trading; and codifying the necessity for the president and Congress to divest. (Make blind trusts popular again.)

Their plan is leave everyone on their own, resulting in rich people having healthcare while the rest of us don't matter. Middle class people remain dependent on their employers, which greatly limits their options. The GOP doesn't care if people suffer, because it won't be the people they care about.
