You know what made the protest in Utah a lot less safe? Someone following your logic deciding that a kid was a threat because he was dressed in black.

By the way, the police are the ones roughing people up. That is in fact the entire reason some protestors bring helmets and gas masks.

You just claimed that chasing down protestors dressed scary hasn't resulted in death, which is untrue. You also claim it has resulted in the arrest of "maga", yet you refuse to provide any evidence of this. And you claim you can spot "maga" because they're doing the same things antifascists are.

Oh there may be maga militia members dressed in black wearing helmets and bandanas or guy fawks masks spray painting, lighting fires, goading police etc. I think we need to call them out and unmask them. Don’t let them sabotage our non violent movement in our No Kings rallies and marches

Are you confusing the Palestine encampments last year with the 2020 protests? Or did you see a Fox News interview with Andy Ngo in 2017 claiming he was hit by a concrete milkshake, and believed him?

Many, many protestors were arrested in 2020. Many of them for vandalism, or simply for wearing black bloc in an area with vandalism. Some were charged with gang activity for carrying umbrellas.

I think you're just looking for an excuse to throw every protestor "doing it wrong" under the bus.

This sort of mindset is also what resulted in the fatal shooting at the No Kings rally in Utah, where a "peacekeeper" saw a kid in black bloc attire open carrying and decided he must be a MAGA terrorist or something.

This has simply never actually happened at a protest before. It's a conspiracy theory you're using to justify driving a wedge between the "nice" No Kings protests, and direct action protests that include directly impeding ICE and light vandalism.
