My partner plays this and I never was able to get into it bc their English voices have sounded flat and AI-like to me for a long time and they never show the VA names (with the added context that I heard they've fired at least one English VA from a previous game due to political reasons)

I had suspicions in past but now I'm somehow sure that LADS uses genAI art for their backgrounds
So, this one here is made in a style of painting, with visible brush strokes etc. However, there's many details that melt together in a way that no artist would do- also wtf is going on with those lamps

Duties are separate from tariffs, I believe. We used to have an exemption from duties for items under a certain amount, but they got rid of that because we can't have anything nice anymore, so now it's fucked no matter what you order.
