of meditation that sits between a fully guided and silent mediation, so as a teacher you're sort of saying stuff but with a long silence and then you say something again,you know? I find that very difficult to do, it feels interrupting, but I did it and it went well.

My meditation cliënt ( I'm still in training) had her session today . She's also a neighbour-friend and a big fan of my work and I showed her the work for the art show and she RAVED about it and I cried.

Also: challenged myself to go out of my comfort zone and teach a kind 1/2

The veneration of Books As Objects misses the point entirely. If you're reading a book, turn the corners down, break the spine, spill soup on it. It's your book, go nuts. A pristine, unread book is a tragedy in a way that a beloved, much-read book that looks like the dog's been at it could never be.

I've dedicated a whole shelf of my new fridge to cheese. I have halloumi, the cheese that greets itself, feta and cheddar, for which I do not have a pun, and low fat cream cheese named after a place in America. I'm not going there though. The cheese shelf or America.

Hey, who can help me with the word “exam”in a school context? To me an exam is an important test (usually a written one) in the sense of “final exams”. Can you use it in the context of classtests of which students take 2-4 (or more) during a whole school year (not just at the end of a semester)?
