Python was awarded a funding grant, funding grant asked Python foundation to remove all diversity and inclusion initiatives they have.

Python foundation said no and rejected the grant.

I sent the devs I work with specific positive feedback in writing which they can use in their performance review self-evals. Also shared that feedback in writing with their manager. It feels really good to do this & I highly recommend doing it for your coworkers

I think the most humbling experience I've had in a while has been increasing the font size on my phone and getting a case that's made to improve grip and realizing how much easier it is to use my phone. I thought I had another 10 years before that became necessary
