Game 150: Cronos: The New Dawn

Mechsploitation fans will love it. Also the player character is a woman who loves cats.

The game is, however, fairly unforgiving and will drag your corpse around and laugh at you when you fail.

I found a glitch that let me have infinite funds lol.

Story is SO GOOD.

Game 149: Late Homework

A short survival horror game that takes heavy inspiration from the PS1 era in both puzzle style and aesthetic.

While the game is SHORT you also CANNOT SAVE and have a limited amount of lives! A really unique feature to find these days.

Game 148: Roboquest

Imagine an alternate reality where Borderlands 2 (specifically) eventually became a fastpaced roguelike with less focus on crude jokes and more focus on heart and soul and -faster- gameplay.

Everything about this game just fucks so hard. A must play for anyone who likes FPS.

So when you start to say “We’re all fa-” I will have to cut you off and say that while “in the eyes of the written law” you are correct, the direct words and attacks from those in power are specifically attacking trans women with the intent to harm and spread hate for specifically trans women.

And a lot of the the headlines and contents of articles about these anti-trans laws and legislations are HEAVILY biased and aimed far more at harming and attacking trans women.

This nasty shit has ramifications for everyone. Period.

HOWEVER!

While the wording of those laws and legislations are extremely broad the wording of those PUSHING for the anti-trans laws and legislations are SPECIFICALLY aimed at harming and attacking trans women.

Currently there is a LOT of anti-trans laws/legislation being put in place. The wording in these laws and legislations are extremely broad, by design, which means that it will have negative effects on the most amount of people including trans women, trans men, non-binary people, and even cis people.

This post is going around again, and folks are pointing out that lots of cis folks voice opposite gender roles and that it seems so weird that trans women especially don’t get the same opportunities as their cis, trans masc, or non-binary counterparts.

It is very annoying that people assume trans women voice actresses will "refuse to voice a male character."

I've heard this sentiment from cis working professional AND from fan communities.

It's not true. At all.

We, trans women VAs, will happily take those roles.

It's -acting-. It's a -role-.

Ye, as much as we'd like to say otherwise because "we made some strides forward in recent years" both racism and transphobia especially are unfortunately still alive and well in the entertainment and gaming spaces.

Lotta black and darker skinned characters are still getting white voices, same thing happens with trans characters and cis voice actors.
