I am in the same boat and i have no advice but to just love them through it and get them assessed by a doctor. My mom does not have Alzheimer's or Dementia but the signs of old age cause lots of repeating herself and complaining and asking me the same question and some ridiculous questions often.

I believe wholeheartedly that it is achievable. But not by just wishing it will happen.

To get there we need to
1. Make the big insurance companies divest non ins biz.
2. Complete transparency on pricing, and the documentation behind the pricing.

I appreciate you taking the time. I read the report in the past. Many things. VA doesn't do a good job of negotiating price. See attached. Same drug at @costplusdrugs is 33c per pill.

You don't mention transparency at all. No m4all will work without complete transparency.

This and every winter solstice I remember a certain special clinic patient long gone.
