One of the things I love about street art is how ephemeral it can be. Here's an amazing piece that just about no-one will ever see. It's painted inside an abandoned church in Ivanhoe, hidden away from casual viewing.

I use it in an otherwise 100% traditional bolognaise sauce and it’s excellent (as rated by non-vegetarians).
I’m going to try making myself some dimmies this weekend to see how it goes as I’ve used it in dumplings and it works very well 🥟 🥟

There are some very good quality plant based mice not-meat.
As a lifelong vegetarian, I want something with a good savoury flavour and a bit of texture, but I don’t want it to be like, e.g. Impossible because it’s too much like meat. V2 is good - HJs use it for their plant-based Whopper

@davehooper.com – I took one for the team today.
Lord of the Fries vegan dim sims.
I'm not massively impressed.
The exterior was fried and crispy, but they looked like they'd been heated in a sandwich press, so were flattened.
The filling was a bit pasty and lacking texture.
Not good for $3 each.
