I really loved it! It was certainly revolutionary but I think it opened up a whole lot of new possibilities. I’m a big fan of the initial concept of the Federation having been broken up, Starfleet being diminished and on the run, the galaxy being more lawless.👏

As much as I’ve been a fan of this franchise since I was a kid, I’ll wait until it hits Disney+. It’s a shame if this marks the end of the franchise, as the second one was really good.

Exactly. People need to get over the fact that TOS and the Berman era are over. They’re never coming back, so either embrace the new stuff or move on. I’m so sick of the whingeing every single time a new Trek production comes along. Just let us enjoy it, be happy and excited. I know I am!😀

I know what you mean. I feel so bad for Mary Wiseman, as she really bore the brunt of the hate and bodyshaming throughout DSC. I had worried that was why she was barely in Season 4 and is potentially only going to have a cameo in SFA (although both could just be because she’s busy elsewhere!).

I’ve truly enjoyed both shows. It’s sad they’ve both come to an end, as we need more stuff that makes us laugh, now more than ever. Believe me, they’ve both consistently made me laugh every single episode, but also made me care about the characters too. Many thanks to you and your production staff.👏

I’ve seen comments and press articles. People saying the show’s going to be “full of teen sex”, “cross-dressing Klingons”, “kids saving the day like Wesley Crusher” etc. Not to mention the usual “no one wants this!”🙄

Already the hate comments and trolling have begun for #StarfleetAcademy . Seriously, can’t you all just stop and actually WATCH the show before slagging it off? It honestly means so much to the cast and crew that they’ve got a chance to make it and they’re excited to show it off. Don’t ruin that!

They’ve done a really good job properly fleshing out and humanising the characters. They could’ve easily made them stereotypical, “bwah ha ha”, moustache-twirling villains (which they had been up to now!).😀👏
