After many years of being relegated to desk duties for unfathomably morbid corpulence, Wing Commander Mains is back, baby!

Ah, Chris! Yeah, Ray's brilliant, hey?
Thanks for getting ILLUSIONS, I really hope you enjoy it. 'Dentist' is a bonkers story - will upend everyone's expectations - but it's a standout!

Great piece!

Am slowly putting together a book about SCUM and have interviews with - Ray Winstone, John Blundell, Margaret Matheson, Mick Ford, Phil Méheux, Davina Belling and Clarke's friend David Leland. Been trying to get David Threfall and Phil Daniels for a while now. One day!

One of my favourite pastimes is covering my broken filing cabinet with stickers and dreaming I'll gift it to the British Library when I die and they'll have to bin it because there'll never be a horror editors exhibition 😂

Started to pull material together for my biography of publishers Selwyn & Blount. Initial stumbling block was figuring out who Selwyn and Blount were. The name was invented by Roger Ingpen who founded the company because he felt it sounded 'euphonius'.

Ingpen was related to Walter de la Mare.

Not that I wish ill fortune upon them, but I really do hope the driver has a peg leg.
