Stephen Wertheim's article, "How Neoliberalism Shaped the International System," (2019) said that Friedrich Hayek "theorized a system of rules without politics," prior to WWII. My impulse is to say we are there. However, these new trade wars & tariffs seem counter to Hayek's vision. Thoughts? 🗃️
