Dentistry is fucking ridiculous bro. I went for a consult AKA the dentist looked in my mouth and said "yep, that cavity you found is, indeed, a cavity. We can fix that in a 30 minute appointment next month." and an X-ray. All in all 5 minutes of people... $97

And then the cherry on top: the local newspaper's digging has uncovered that the MASSIVE property tax hike was projected to put the school system into the black by $3 million, but instead they're $7 million in the hole... the math aint mathing and folks gone get LOCKED UP! 4/4

So this is the TL;DR about how my city's school system is up to some SHADY shit that started with the state Board of Education sending a letter going "Hey so why haven't you paid your contributions to your employee healthcare plans?" and it raised alarm bells. 2/4

I had it on the default 'deep bass' option and it sounded alright, it was still better than any headphones I've ever owned, but THIS! I used the exact settings some dude named Mr. Cow on youtube did, only I like the lowest bass up so I went high when he put it on minimum.So thanks, my Bovine friend!

After like two months of having my fancy schmancy headphones that have their own fucking equalizer on an app that you have to adjust to your liking (something I know jack shit about) I FINALLY found a youtube video that showed me where to fucking put the sliders for IDEAL sound.

When you’re making over $700k a year, gaining $12k is nothing. It’s a nice vacation, redoing the garage, giving a niece/nephew a car.

When you’re making $23k a year, losing $1600 is “are we paying for food or for the house or for medical bills” territory.

People really don't get that you do nonviolent protest specifically to generate THIS kind of thing.
It's not "be nonviolent so the cops don't hurt you"

It's "be nonviolent so the cops are seen HURTING NONVIOLENT PEOPLE"
