I’m probably just being a baby because I’m stressed about catching up with work after being sick for a few weeks, but between ”things escalate when I talk about a book” and “things escalate when I talk about lunch,” I think I’m just going to take a break from this place for a day or two and grade.

I’m just going to delete that rather than let everyone and their dog dunk on a joke about a passage I read in a book about post-Roman Britain which really did on that particular page dunk on the dark ages concept before going into detail on how things got worse in those particular areas.
