So they got this wrong in Art and Artifacts too, said it was for the 90's re-release, but we found the 1st (& only?) instance we know of in an official Nintendo 1987 wall calendar which means it was made in '86. Only true early official art of him I know of. I'm guessing it might be by Minoru Maeda

In 2008 @iggadore.bsky.social and I wrote a story about two young women who crush fascism using a relic named Dangerous Castle! - a living castle that can be piloted like a mech! (Made this anim in 2018)

I updated a pen and ink #Zelda drawing did almost a year ago.

I remember borrowing the The Adventure of Link from a friend and pouring over the manual when I was a kid. I still love the manual's art style. I also appreciate the game a lot more now than I did when I was seven.

I forgot these versions ever existed. I think they used to be advertised as a student version of the program. I remember a co-worker won a license at a studio raffle.
