Most reassuring thing ever was when my kids (now teens) recently told me, "Mom, everyone is happier because of the divorce. Everyone." Glad we parted ways when they were still young.

It’s usually women staying with subpar men. Setting a horrible example for their daughters about self-worth and a horrible example for their sons about how women deserve to be treated. “Staying together for the kids” is actually “staying together because it’s easier”

Staying together for the kids just raises them in an uncomfortable and often emotionally unsafe environment while also showing them that toxic and/or incompatible relationships are the norm.

Horses have been adorned with shiny objects for centuries. It's thought horses were very susceptible to a witch's 'evil eye' so they adorned them with brasses to dazzle and deflect their power. Migrating Romany gypsies who were thought to have introduced horse brasses to Britain in the 18th C. 🐴
