Same! I really dig all the stuff you came up with so far, and the least you owe the game is to do an internal round of playtests to see if it is a Gauntlet thing. And I’d be very very surprised if it isn’t. This just feels too much like the epic fantasy the Gauntlet has been missing.

As I get ever closer to solving the CfB fantasy adventure game puzzle with The Lands Remaining, I can’t help but think how much this is going to piss off a certain type of trad gamer. They’re going to hate it and howl about it every chance they get.

#Ttrpgs are potatoes, not carrots. There is no one true taproot origin story for any game, ttrpg or otherwise. Instead, all the nodes of experience & culture & family & etc etc go into whatever eventually springs forth. The interconnected web of all that came before contributes to whatever is "new."

I‘d already be happy if the app supported different size classes, which would allow the app window to resize to iPad and Mac window sizes. I mean, the effort to do this is really not that much, but I guess it’s a single guy maintaining the app… 🤷
