First time I smiled today. I’m guilty of saving boxes bc they’re really good. Been crying all morning. Grief wave felt like a rolling panic attack. I’m not ok. I’m surviving. That’s best I can do rn. When the wave hits it’s pure agony: missing him, longing to be able to help him. Immobilized by pain
