If you DO know the context, they're good writings! It's not a question of them necessarily being excessively unpolished (at least not all the time), just that I haven't written any of the structure around them, and for some of them, I know I never will.

The thing with au writings is I tend to write 'random disconnected scene from 40% through the plot with no writing build-up' for aus a lot, which is why most of them stay over there. Circus AU just had enough to piece together into a collection, and I want to make Chained Mates a full fic someday.

For comparison, I have just over 250 things in that tag, and 33 HB fics on ao3. Each individual OT chapter is a post, so that does cut it down to a bit under 200, but it's still a fair amount more of stuff! (I also have individual au tags if you're curious about a certain one, free for browsing.)

For every dumb post in the HB tag on tumblr, I will mentally add half a pound of fat to Blitz. Soon he will be able to sit on the people who think 'the main tag totally needs to see why I think the thing they like sucks' and make them realize the error of their ways when oxygen deprivation sets in.

My parents are canceling prime (we don’t use it enough to be worth it) but at least it’s only going to stop on November 7, so I can fit what’ll be left of Hazbin into a free trial, and I’ll hopefully only have to pay for a month or two for Helluva S3 depending on how long the release is.

As someone who has never watched a single video by dan and phil, I’m enjoying it secondhand, but I love that it brought this decade-old post back. We’re at 3/4 now.
