3-4 November 1943 | Aktion Erntefest (Harvest Festival) | The German units murdered ca. 42,000 Jews in the Lublin District of the General Government:

Majdanek - 18,000
Poniatowa - 14,000
Trawniki - 10,000

The massacre was the final act of Operation Reinhard - the murder of Polish Jews in GG.

2 November 1943 | 1,870 Jews arrived at #Auschwitz from the labor camp in Szopienice. After the selection made by SS doctors, 463 men and 28 women were registered in the camp as prisoners. The remaining 1,379 people were immediately murdered in gas chambers.
