Yes, but i wasn't asking this question in regards to NJT.
Another case of gov't not working:

The Library of Congress denied my ILL request after my home library queried them twice on my behalf.

Guess I gotta move to NYC. Nowhere in NJ has this book.
Ali seems to be Better Blocks's 2nd choice, so alright.
Streets PAC NJ endorsed Solomon.
I mean the state gov't.
O'Dea vs. Solomon. Who's your guy?
So, moving beyond just transit, if the State wanted to build social housing like Montgomery County, MD, could they do it on state property w/o local permission?
Yeah they pretty much can.

The NJDOT has some explicit control over some areas in my town and they just do stuff without consulting the town itself.

I think NJT is more about norms though, because they need cooperation for stations and stuff though.
If we're going to have prisons, it's best that they aren't "woefully outdated".

But, there's something jarring about a picture of people gleefully groundbreaking a prison. Our state's history of respecting prisoners' rights might be adding to it.

Really? State entities can do whatever they want with their property, free of local regulation?

It'd suck if NJT is doing a "muh norms".
So when Sherrill talks about doing this, hopefully she means preempting local zoning to allow it.

Wait, what civic duty am I absolving myself of, exactly?
I'm going to continue to criticize Dems when info about them that I dislike breaks. I don't have that many followers, so you're all free to ignore me when I do so.
They are bad faith. I am good faith.
I actually don't expect candidates to agree with me on every single issue or act exactly how I want. I do, however, have certain standards. Again, you are free to ignore my standards.
I think he means that not everyone owes Sherrill their uncritical support.
Is she refusing such donations now, or is it just that those PACs aren't making such donations anymore?

I'm a voter, not a campaigner. I must be appealed to. If you find my expectations too high, you are free to ignore them.
I would like them to acknowledge it, express regret, and commit to not doing it again. You know, standard meaningful apology protocol.
I find the underlying info a valid criticism, so no.
Please lmk when I am allowed to criticize Mikie Sherrill and I will update my spreadsheet accordingly.
Fox News can do what they want. I'm using that info for my own point.

It's actually good to criticize my side in an election, bcs it's honest & my side might improve. I don't regret holding my side to higher standards.
Agglomeration economies: Still exist.
