Have you heard Bobby Womack's "Poet" Trilogy? If not you could start with "The Best of The Poet Trilogy" (said in the voice of Alan Partridge). There's also an Acoustic Best. The first album is my fave.

I no longer know Apple. A mate of mine got in touch with Support, who reached out to an engineer who said they won't be adding any further support for AirPods Pro 3 to iOS 18. Which is understandable, they want people to upgrade. Indeed iOS 18.7.1 followed 10 days later and didn't add support.

On anything older than iOS 26 AirPods Pro 3 operate like standard bluetooth headphones with fewer features than AirPods Pro 2. Battery shows a blank widget/area, and for hearing test you see an error that you need to clean your AirPods!? Really poor experience for what should be the latest/greatest.

Returned my AirPods Pro 3 and bought a new set of AirPods Pro 2. I plan to stay on iOS 18 for a bit, and the *reduction* in utility was driving me insane: you can't see battery level!? Or do a hearing test!? Such a degraded experience that I simply wasn't prepared to put up with.

Why not add a sanitisation step to your blog setup? On mine it doesn't matter what I type I can rest assured it'll be converted to the correct type. It's the sort of thing computers excel at!
