Pretty wild horse trading happening in France right now. The media line has been that no one is willing to work together, but that’s been utter nonsense. Macron keeps trying to sideline the left, but is now having to actually play ball.

Not sure if there’s a longer game at play though.

Justice Anthony Kennedy literally wrote the Citizens United decision that is destroying democracy — and yet he’s now on a media tour saying he’s worried about democracy’s survival.

And somehow not one media outlet he’s granted an interview has asked him about Citizens United.

Criticizing them (as Liberal Fraser does here) often plays into his hands.

Calling bullshit on the rich-kid is a better tack IMHO. 2/2

I’ve often noted that Fords meta-branding is trying to appear as combo of John Goodman (from Rosanne) and Tony Soprano.

These stories help him, which is why he “recounts” them and which is why they are likely often made-up bullshit.

Just wild advanced stats. Top 5 Nux in xGF% are bringing it. But they’re the only ones above water. The bottom 6 are in single didgits 😬

Like watching a team in shellshock.

Diane Keaton made ANNIE HALL and LOOKING FOR MR. GOODBAR in the same year and deserved the Academy Award for either performance as far as I’m concerned.

I mean, not like the time they gave it to Kissinger or anything, but this more in line with the Obama win: someone who advocated violent overthrow of the 2018 democratically-elected gov, who's got links to Likud and who wants to apparently sell off state assets to the rich.

Pretty sure they boycotted the 2018 election with the opposition becasue they knew they were gunna lose. Then backed foreign intervention in Venezuela in 2020 including the foreign-imposed leader Juan Guaido. Wants to privatize Venezuela's state assets. 1/
