At least once a day, I tell my older kid, ”you can dislike something without insulting it“ and I really hope it eventually sticks so I don’t raise an obnoxious dude who thinks everything should appeal to his own sensibilities to have value. 😂

The school gives prize tokens to the kids for good behavior, hard work, etc. and Oliver (6) claims that he got one yesterday for referencing the M. Night Shyamalan movie ‘Trap,’ which is… Cool, but dubious.
