If that's the source, it's not even clear Sixtus has a visa (or would need anything but a tourist visa).

Neither interpretation or State's is accurate. Someone can help w/German nuance, but not complaining is different than celebrating.

This all feels like Darren Beattie's work bc he's so sloppy.

Translation includes:

from ZDF screenwriter and publicist Mario Sixtus, published just hours after the assassination attempt on Charlie Kirk, marks a moral low point.
Anyone who speaks like this exposes themselves: not as a democrat, but as a cynic who tramples on the foundations of our free order

Here's one of the posts that State listed as foreigners whose visa they stripped. Ask yourself, how they found this? Unlike the others, it doesn't mention Kirk, nor anything in English.

It likely came from this Facebook post.

www.facebook.com/philippbreit...
A State Department tweet saying,

A German national celebrated Kirk’s death and attempted to justify his murder, writing “when fascists die, democrats don’t complain.”

Visa revoked.

WIth a post, with the name and avatar blacked out, saying,

Tish James lit up the room last night — and her words echoed far beyond the walls of The United Palace. This is a fight for the future.

Fascinating thing about the Dutch obsession with asylum is that the Netherlands is running a unique experiment with two groups: non-European refugees, who are cooped up in abysmal conditions, excluded from everything and blamed for social disruption, petty crime and inciting far-right hooliganism …

The use of AI to marionette a woman whose tortured existence was spent trying to carve her own life and identity out of the space men forced her into is both damningly macabre and a surprisingly perfect encapsulation of the problems with this ghoulish use of technology.

Mamdani's primary campaign was brilliant and exciting. His general election campaign has been less exciting but equally savvy. He 1. broadened his voting base and 2. courted the Dem establishment without 3. sacrificing any parts of his very-progressive platform.

Zohran Mamdani Is Threading One of the Trickiest Needles in Politics
For the general election, Mamdani has managed to expand his base while staying basically true to his primary-season beliefs. There’s a lesson in there for all Democrats.
