Málaga is a sweet wine made with moscatel or Pedro Ximénez grapes. This is its "protected origin denomination" under European Union laws. You know Rioja? Not exactly the same in scope, but a similar thing (Rioja is also a region, not a grape).

A friend gave me some allotment produce, so I made beetroot latkes. Bloody lovely, with horseradish creme fraiche and a scattering of blueberries.
