One of my proudest moments was spontaneous "rock paper scissors" with another driver, we both wanted the same parking spot. I can't explain how we both cheerfully, nonverbally, launched into it, but he accepted my win, waved, and drove on. Simple as that.

Police in Airdrie, Alberta (just north of Calgary) say this driver hit a 17-year-old girl in a marked crosswalk, got out of the vehicle, and appeared to get upset at the teenager before driving away.

They released this video and are now trying to identify the driver.

Have to plug Maurten bars and gels. Pricey & I'm just a recreational slow jogger, but was looking for something less awful tasting & something that doesn't mess w/my bowels. Real talk here. Anyhoo, I prefer bars w/not too much fiber. Nibbling a few bites at a time every 3-5 miles >>> horrid gels.
