The annoying thing about corporations trying to break into furry spaces is that like.. when corporations do this it's because they want to take control of the space so that they're the only ones who can sell things. They're corporations, they can afford to undercut small creators.

Once again, wolves are being treated as targets instead of the vital, intelligent keystone species they are. Science and ethics must guide management. Wolves deserve better.

Update on this: so despite my books being on LibGen and siphoned from to train Meta's LLM, they were apparently not downloaded by Anthropic, or at least are not considered eligible works for the Anthropic lawsuit. So my books were stolen for AI training and there is no recourse.

So that's fun.
