the texture of both was good imo, not too firm and not too jiggly.

the pomegranate one turned out rly good imo. the juice is honestly a little tart but it cuts thru the heaviness of the cream really well. i think it needed a touch more gelatin tho bc the juice set a bit looser than i wanted...

ok review time.

the milk tea one flavor out really mild despite how strong i thought i made the mix... maybe i should just hydrate it with water instead of more cream? that might also help the overwhelming heaviness of it, even tho it was kinda small, bc i had to eat it in two parts lOL.

i thought about running the juice thru a mesh before I poured it but I was like Eh it's just for me but I'm also taking pics LMAO 🤔 maybe next time...?

uhhhh ik it's a bit soon maybe setting overnight will fix them but the pomegranate tops are looking a little fucking wiggly :( I feel like the other ones set way faster than this but cream is more viscous so.... idk.... fingies crossed 😞

ok so i did the panna cottas last night and today i put a milk tea layer on top of 3 of them and a pomegranate juice layer on the other 3. time to wait til tomorrow to see how they turn out.

the milk tea ones smell really good but i kind of winged the pomegranate measurements so im a bit nervous 😭

NO FORREAL YOUD THINK SO but i guess thats why the dunning-kruger effect exists... if ur bad at it u think ur better at it than u are and i guess that affects ur perception of it :/ so annoying that needing to experience stuff to have appropriate empathy is so hardbaked into humanity but alas

tomato soup experimentation continues. this batch was lowkey bad until I added parm, and now it's fucking good actually. the garlic herb sourdough crunchies are also good in soup, so overall this batch turned out good despite my flubs... cant go wrong w all the dairy that went into this lol....

of really good and free art especially rots people's perception of how easy it is to draw, bc they see it all the time how hard could it be 🙄🙄 plus the current crazy lack of value and respect for arts ....
