Did you know that you can set up a reminder to add alt text? Alt text helps vision impaired posters understand images.
Go to Settings, then Accessibility, and make sure "Require alt text before posting" is toggled on - this will prompt you each time you add an image to your post!

Spent about 5 hours today practicing pinball. My best score of today's session was on Foo Fighters Pro which was more than double my previous personal best score.

Looking forward to competing in two sepeerate pinball tournaments the weekend before Thanksgiving.

and setting up your next shot. honestly, like anything, every player has different style of play/stance. I'd say, nudging is extremely important/helpful, and it's key to learn when to nudge forward vs side-to-side.

just take your time and remember- ABC Always Be Cradling (that ball)

and really spend some time observing the mechanics/ball trajectories, cos without the aid of ramps the ball often undertakes interesting paths. also, don't know if you spend much time nudging off the slings above flippers, but that can be key in setting up passes and/or catches for cradling (2/3)

it took me a long time to learn to effectively nudge w/out tilting. what helped me a lot was playing EM's- not sure how many of those you play/have access to, and it could be how they're set up where I play, but they've all got tight tilts. if you don't have much experience on them, step up (1/3)

unfortunately, there's no direct way to link to the ifpa regional calendar. there's another site players/tournament directors use to manage profiles/event stuff which also has a regional calendar and other info. unfortunately, you have to create an account app.matchplay.events

baseball is fun bc it's the sport with the most players who look like just some guy. like you could run into them at the beer garden and they're in the middle of a rant about which hops to use for brewing an IPA or at the library where they're casually perusing the war history section.
