First day as duty manager, so I'm onsite in the @oulibrary.bsky.social
Attended my first Board of Study today! Learning lots of new acronyms from lovely #OpenUniversity colleagues. Was able to share things that we're doing in the @oulibrary.bsky.social which were relevant! Was interesting to hear about rentention and how my colleagues improve things for students!
Thank you. Helped considerably by the amazing person that is your lovely wife!
About to move into a new role as Senior Library Manager for WELS and the Enquiry Service here at the @oulibrary.bsky.social . Mind whirling as I transition from one role to the next!

just an absolutely terrible time to be a rational person who is capable of critical thinking and cares about other people
It's totally not me catching up with my Accessibility admin to avoid doing another task today... Still I'm glad to have had the chance to prepare for a session training our amazing #OUStudents study volunteers. Recording soem training this afternoon and then on to a quiet long weekend!
Yep my best mate had the same fear.

LOL!!! Thank you for bringing a laugh to my day! I'm glad Penny appreciates her gift!
Look at those ears!
Murderbot's Morning Ear Check in
Skeptical looking white and brown puppy. Both ears are standing up, but also still resting on the top of his skull because they're too big to stand up on their own
Thank you! Three of us worked really hard as a result of other 'Relaxed' projects we were aware of to put this together. The feedback from the attendees was good and really useful for future edits!
