We e had this couch for fifteen years and it’s taken so much abuse. I should look up replacement cushions and see what they have for covers because I’m getting bored with the green.

You are the best. We’ve been doing most of this but in a piecemeal way; I’ll have to make a calendar so we can do it systematically. At one point I washed my own hair with Dawn because I thought I could feel bugs on my scalp.

I suspect what happened is that we *thought* the OTC behind the neck poison stuff would work and it didn't and it wasn't until I had ten million bites that I realized weren't hives from my new shower gel that it clicked.

I haven't tried Nupercaine--is that with the itch relief stuff or the muscle pain stuff at the drugstore? Right now, a bottle Benadryl spray is my god.

I almost bought some of that. Gold Bond Medicated Powder works the best, but it’s SO MESSY. I also have spray on Benadryl.

I’d get the house treated by a pro but we have no money and nowhere to go with the cats and we are trying to keep them flea-free as best we can. Which is a challenge. Tomorrow we bathe them again.
