Though in some cases I think some of these folks don’t realize that just because something was shot on film doesn’t mean it has to look grainy/faded/vignetted/whatever else instagram has taught folks that film looks like

Fuji film simulation is nice but it’s really only useful if
1) you aren’t shooting raw
2) you don’t want to spend any time in Lightroom

the ”film recipes” can kinda come out looking like Kodak gold or whatever but it’s still not as good as the real thing lol

Got my first roll of Lomochrome purple back from the lab. Inspired by a photo I saw of how a red Porsche popped on this stock I took this roll to the Pittsburgh Vintage Grand Prix this past summer, trying to find as many red cars as possible.

A Lamborghini Miura in red, sits open on a lawn. Due to the film stock used the grass is purple and otherworldly.
