with that in mind, how uniform is the approach at top clubs regarding injury prevention? i imagine the management of the damage and road to recovery is very similar across the spectrum.

Given how subspecialised medicine is now, I seriously doubt the management of injuries is much different at Arsenal compared to any other top flight club. e.g I'm certain the players who had hamstring surgery last year all went to an orthopedic surgeon with a special interest in hamstrings. 1/2

What I'm calling Arsenal's Big Three -- Saka, Odegaard, Saliba -- have all been in the Premier League starting XI in 10 of 22 matches this season. Include Rice and it's just eight.
