Don't be fooled.

If costs for national debt, NHS, prisons, police ... are all going up then Govt have to raise more revenue to cover.

Markets don't like borrowing for day-day spending so more tax rises needed ? Be bold.

People like Clarkson and Farage don’t understand UK healthcare.
UK private healthcare freeloads off the NHS to cherry pick the easy, profitable stuff. They won’t touch acute care, emergency or chronic.
If it had to pay salaries, pensions, and provide ALL medical services no one would afford it.

● this only applies to some people on skilled visas
● it's not "A level English" it's something called SELT
