When Jimmy Carter brokered peace between Israel and Egypt, Egyptian President Anwar Sadat and Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin were jointly awarded the 1978 Nobel Peace Prize, not him. Trump was a participant in the war & Israel & Hamas did not even sign the peace deal.

Democrats can't wait to see what Republicans do with gerrymandering or hope to change minds for the midterms. They must act. We have always had a majority of voters but GOP gerrymandering has given them the majority for decades. We must take it back.

Young Republicans referred to Black people as monkeys & watermelon people & talked about putting political opponents in gas chambers. They talked about raping their enemies & driving them to suicide & lauded Republicans who they believed support slavery. Trump encouraged this.

Trump at the time called Netanyahu urging him not to cut a deal because it would help the Harris campaign.
Then Netanyahu flew to Mar-a-Lago for a private meeting with Trump three weeks before he rejected the peace proposal. Trump killed tens of thousands to win an election.

The terms of the deal with Israel and Hamas were in place more than a year ago. Hamas had agreed to the exact same terms of the deal in Sept 2024, in the last months of the Biden administration. The deal could have been done then.

I don't blame God but it made me feel as if God didn't exist. The things done in the name of God were in direct contrast to everything I was taught God stood for.

Former Secretary of State Antony Blinken said Trump’s 20 point peace plan Gaza was based on one developed by the Biden administration. So how did Trump get it done? By allowing Netanyahu to bomb Gaza to pieces until other nations screamed for it to stop. No peace prize there.

We're just witnessing Trump's latest scam. I'm not sure what happened in Egypt. I have yet to see a credible report of what transpired. I doubt we ever will.
Gaza is in total ruins, over 2 million displaced people, tens of 1,000s have been killed.
Israel & Hamas have done a hostage exchange. Peace?

Now that the easy part is done, bombing Gaza into submission, the hard part begins. Trump is always good at getting a headline but after the spotlight dims, he is horrible at sustaining results. He signed a peace deal in Egypt but Israel and Hama were not present. Will it last?
