FWIW, I think using A.I. to help pro se litigants could be a good use! I would be interested in hearing about courts setting up those systems. But justice itself is a human thing. It's something we do together. E.g., you *can* use A.I. to write a love poem to a spouse, but it loses something!

Lawyers using AI to draft briefs. Lawyers using AI to respond to briefs. Lawyers using AI to analyze briefs and writing a reply brief. Judges using AI to compare briefs. Judges using AI to create a podcast that summarizes the briefs for them.
