Now the 2 sexiest things on the farm: #1) a jar of fermenting hot sauce; #2) Berry Runtz cannabis. One of my biggest sellers is my blueberry/papaya/reaper sauce. 👅The Berry Runtz will work its way into a tincture, witch hazel, balms, and gummies. The strain is so damn sexy!!!🥵👅❤️❤️💦😝😝😉😉

I just blended this hot sauce ferment that had ghost peppers, Carolina reaper, scotch Brain, and Thor’s thunderbolt peppers and I had to put on a mask because it kept making me cough 😂
Haven't sampled them yet, but apparently they're on the same level as a serrano pepper depending on the individual pepper (10K-23K Scoville).
I admire, but cannot understand, the restraint.

With over 20 batches in various stages of #fermentation I'm running out of room, and vessels. And I still have some from my garden that need picking and saucing.

I don't have a problem. I can stop any time.

But why would I want to? 😈
I am so woefully weak. Walked into an Asian market for anything but #hotpepper, walked out with these. Labeled as ghost but obviously not. Each tray had a mix of yellow, red & beautiful chocolate pods. A mix of Scotch Bonnet, Habanero and some hotter stuff. 1.5 lbs or so for $10.

Oh man- so this is 7 pot primo, I got the seeds directly from the breeder Troy Primeau. In contention for the hottest chili around.

I ate a whole one the other day on a taco and while my mouth was ok, I had pretty bad esophageal and upper stomach pains for 18h.

Did it again once I recovered, hah!
Can confirm, they ain't no joke.
I love a flavour-first sauce! There's a time for heat, but it should never be at the expense of taste! I love the colour!

Got enough ripe chilies plus some stored in the freezer to finish the main #HotSauce this year, along with smoked and dried chilies from September and vacuum bag #fermented mash from August. Just need to put it all together.

Roasted red pepper and hab, jerk, jalapeño vidalia garlic, start a cayenne ferment, hatch chili bbq sauce. Finish the hab ferment - in the bottle - that’s been sitting for 3 years. The kitchen is gonna be hoppin.
