If measles hits Alaska we will most likely see it first in the home school community before public schools.

It won't take long to get into our public schools because the Interior (including Fairbanks) has a very low rate of vaccination for Kindergartners (ages 5-6) of 57%.

Charter schools are not delivering on what they promised according to reports I've seen. So, I'm preliminarily concluding that they've been nothing but a scam all along, with the side benefit of gutting public education and dumbing down the population while profiteering.
