Why are there not performance clauses in these massive contracts? In most any other profession you have goals and benchmarks for achievement that must be met, but not coaches. A simple “win or go home” line in the contract would sufficient.

For what may be the first time ever, I agree with Senator Thom Tillis. Vote no on the deficit expansion bill and retire when he’s 66. Both were good decisions for North Carolina.
