Though there are so many works of Claudia Cardinale I could list as her best, whenever I think of her, the one movie that always come to my mind is Valerio Zurlini's "Girl with a Suitcase" (1961). I simply can't imagine another actor playing this complicated role with such ease.
RIP Claudia Cardinale (1938-2025)

Woke up to find out that Claudia Cardinale is no more! She was one of my favourite actors. She was simply divine, & very few could match her talent on the screen. Her eyes spoke in every scene!

What a sad day!
RIP Lea Massari (1933-2025)

On this day, 53 years ago, Sergio Martino's "All the Colors of the Dark" (1972) was released in Italy.
The Conversation (1974)
Director: Francis Ford Coppola
RIP Gene Hackman (1930-2025)

He didn't look like your typical Hollywood star but he owned every scene he was in and nailed almost all the roles. He's undoubtedly one of the greatest to ever grace the medium. The World will certainly miss him.

Does anybody know what happened to Tico Romao's account? Has he said anything?

I can't find his account on Twitter and also here on Blue Sky...

Humphrey Bogart, 1930. He was #BornThisDay in New York, New York, in 1899. In honor of the great Bogart, a very happy birthday to all the folks born on this day or close to it. May you get your *own* celebration—and no "combination" gifts.

The Set-Up (1949) dir. Robert Wise 🥊🎬
Not just a great boxing movie but one of the greatest films ever made imo. Robert Ryan plays an ageing fighter whose coach bets against him and expects him to take a fall fighting a younger & deadly opponent. But he has other plans. #filmsky #boxingday #movies
