1c-a. The pitcher is not allowed to do a motion to the, uh, batter, that prohibits the batter from doing, you know, just trying to hit the ball. You can't do that.
1c-b. Once the pitcher is in the stretch, he can't be over here and say to the runner, like, "I'm gonna get ya! I'm gonna tag you out! You better watch your butt!" and then just be like he didn't even do that.
1c-b(1). Like, if you're about to pitch and then don't pitch, you have to still pitch. You cannot not pitch. Does that make any sense?

Last national election: 22/24 races on my ballot had only one choice. There were two federal level races, fifteen state level races, and seven county level races. Only one federal level race (for president) and one state level race (for state Supreme Court Chief Justice) had more than one choice.

I’d respectfully ask people who feel this way to look at voter participation and the obstacles many southerners still encounter in voting. Trump got 65% of votes cast in Alabama last year, but Trump voters made up just 37% of the state’s adult population.

Gah, I had forgotten about that one. I read it at like ten as a (very) homeschooled kid. I don’t think the themes of demon-possessed women and kids falsely accusing men in leadership positions of sexual abuse was good for me or the church at large. The angels and demons fighting were cool though.

Elektra got high on catnip, was a jerk to the other critters, and then crawled into a paper bag. I naturally had to pick her up and carry her around.

A tortoiseshell cat in a paper Aldi bag is looking up at you. Her head has mostly black fur with some orange and cream hairs sprinkled in, but that pattern is reversed around her left eye. She’s wearing a blue-green collar and looks mildly concerned. You can only see her head. Someone is holding the bag out towards you. Will you accept this kitty?
